I may have started to read Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy fic. FYI: this was an amazing film. If you're in the UK, go and see it. If you're in the US go and see it when it's released in December. So, looks like I was accepted into the MFA programme at Kingston. It's a "conditional" acceptance which just means I have to pass my current MA in order to start the MFA, but that shouldn't be a problem. So, yes. It's another year of school. Tomorrow is the last day of the work placement. Huzzah! Not that I haven't enjoyed working there, but working 10-6 everyday when you're not getting paid for it starts to suck. But I'm glad I did it. I met some cool people and have new things to add to my CV.

I submitted to! I actually followed through, finished up two short stories, and submitted!

They're picking the winners around May, so I'll hear then about my failure. But still, submitted!

1) I now have a four week editorial work experience placement with LoveFilm.com, otherwise known as an internship (though they don't tend to use that term over here). It starts on Monday 21 March. Yes, in case you haven't heard, whoever is playing the Creature is naked on stage for twenty minutes. Full frontal, no lighting or scenery tricks to cover up. Basically just writhing around on the floor completely in the nude. In our case, it was Benedict Cumberbatch. Yes, I love the theatre.
